The Berry Stuffed French toast was missing the Strawberry sauce that you pour over the pancakes. Unfortunately this has happened several times.
The Choconana was missing the Bananas!

It was over cooked. Couldn't cut the T-Bone Steak and the rice was dry and hard.
The Country-Fried Steak Dinner the hole dinner was covered in gravy looked like soup
