Our Detroit-Style pizzas are baked in 8" x 10" blue steel pans. Each pizza comfortably serves 1 - 2 people. The defining characteristic of Detroit-Style Pizza is the crust. While baking, all the cheese bleeds to the edges, creating a caramelized border - crispy & flavorful. The pizza is dense but light enough to eat with your hands. A middle ground between New York & Chicago styles, this is pizza how we know it from Michigan.
We offer Classic Bread Sticks along with our signature Garlic Cheese Bread. Choose to add toppings such as feta, bacon, or pickled jalapeños.
There’s just something about pizza & wings that speaks to our Midwest soul. Select between Boneless or Bone-in Chicken Wings, & combine with our house made dips. Our wings are oven-baked (not fried) to make for a healthier, tastier chicken dish.
