Delicious experimental pho. Ordered a side of mushrooms to add to my Pho Thin Ha Noi / Wok-seared Beef Pho and ate almost half of them alone they were so tasty. Portion could be bigger for the price tho.

The beef broth Side Soup had great flavors. The Bun Dau Hu Cha Gio / Tofu Vermicelli, Crispy Spring Roll was subpar. The crispy spring roll and various herbs were great in terms of flavors but the rest of the dish was quite plain and lacked the flavors you would typically look for in a Vietnamese bun dish. Not sure what the vinegar sauce that came with the dish was but that's not typically present in this type of dish.
