Noodle had a nice chewy texture and broth was light but still flavorful

Delicious experimental pho. Ordered a side of mushrooms to add to my Pho Thin Ha Noi / Wok-seared Beef Pho and ate almost half of them alone they were so tasty. Portion could be bigger for the price tho.

Bland broth and take out portion is extremely small for $22. Pho comes in the size of an instant bowl ramen -- about half of what you typically get at other places. Homemade sauce is good.

Very tasty but the broth isn't labeled. Hard to tell which one was for the vegetarian pho. Noodles are amazing, but not much beef in the Pho Thin Ha Noi / Wok-seared Beef Pho - don't skip the house made sauces, their hoisin is the best I've ever had

Soup is like hot boil water with lots of scallion. Super bland, no beef bone flavor, lack of salt. Portion is so tiny like kids meal. If you are looking for authentic rich favor with normal portion Pho, this is not the place. There are so many better options out there.
