For years, Alf and his family have produced an extensive range of multi award winning sausages from recipes both old and new. Made from quality ingredients, di censo sausages are sure to be a hit at your next BBQ. All pork is hand selected using Mt. Mercer Australian outdoor bred pork. Beef and lamb are grass fed and hand selected from Victorian farmers. Chicken and turkey are free range from victoria's north east and gippsland. Spices and herbs are sourced from local Victorian producers where possible and salt has been sourced from the Victorian salt regions. All sausages are low in salt and gluten free and fructose friendly. If you have special dietary requirements and would like sausages made up with or without particular ingredients, feel free to speak to us and we will cater to these requirements.
