I placed an order, but the Pimento Cheese was left off. I saw the receipt didn't have it on there, so I requested a refund, thinking it may have been a glitch in the system. After receiving the credits, I re-ordered the dish and received it with no problem. To my surprise, Diprato's included a $15 gift card for the error. They absolutely didn't have to do that, but it was a really nice surprise. I order delivery a lot, and have had many errors, but no other restaurant has ever gone above and beyond to make an error right. The food I ordered is great, and I will definitely order again.

The Di Prato's Signature Salad was piss poor and small. Looked like someone threw hand fulls of things in here making sure not to put very much of anything. I added chicken which was dry, and literally four tiny pieces. I used to love this place but it sucks now

The Caprese Panini Sandwich is very good and I love the mayo that comes with it. Pick up was a about 20 min past the predicted time due to being short staffed in the kitchen, but all the girls working were super nice and trying their best to help everyone.

Proscuitto Ham Sandwich has literally nothing on it, the food seems purposely frontloaded to give the appearance it has toppings, but there's nothing inside.

The Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich was not good at all they did not use any seasonings on the chicken. Chicken salad was bland no seasonings on it as well I had to put some salt on it to add some kinda of flavor. The only thing that was good was the Pita Chips they were amazing.
