food is amazing,3 Meat Plate brisket was melt in your mouth tender with just the right amount of smoke flavor, normally smoked chicken turns out dry but that wasn't the case here. Chicken was very tender and flavorful, the kolbassa was delicious as well. And well we all know you don't eat BBQ cause of the sides but they were ok.
all in all great food.
