I'm so sad; I love this chain. But today the ribs were as hard as rubber, the texas toast was plain white bread, the bbq beans were just salty watery beans, the bbq sauce was missing and the potato salad portion was tiny and didn't even fill the tiny container it came in.

they gave me a teeny piece of pie that was terribly wrapped so I really didn't get that...
and um this was a first for me DRY Texas toast????? isn't the butter on both sides what defines it as TX toast. this wasn't even toast literally no butter on EITHER side....lol
it's ok though cuz the ribs were on point!!!!

Portion size is unbelievable small. I received two pieces of sausage, the toast seemed like it was just toasted white bread and was cold, and lastly, the Mac and cheese tasted like frozen Mac and cheese. Will not be going back.

Meat was rock hard, smelled funny, and seemed like it was prepared a day ago. Very bad. I think it's because this location is actually prepared by Ruby Rangoon and they don't know how to make barbecue. I usually like Dickeys at other locations.
