food was fantastic but the Potato Salad tasted weird. I recommend everything else though

The Kielbasa was good, Brisket was awesome! Ribs had good flavor but needed to be cooked another 1/2 hour. They were tough.

The food was ok but they didn't give any utensils which would be helpful when I'm staying in a hotel. Also, the sides are small. a little pricey for the portions.

I use to love Dickies brisket but for some reason it is dry and no flavor! I ordered blue cheese dressing that tasted like mayo.
