They took forever to make the order and even when they did get it done they still managed to forget an entire 1 Meat Plate of food and when we called to about it no one answered.

The brisket was the end with mostly burnt sections and the pork was also mostly burnt pieces. Very dry.

Failed to prepare order in a timely manner. 30 min after order, Washer texted me she'd been there 20 minutes, and they had not prepared my order. 50 minutes to get it vs 25. Pulled pork and chicken were good. Ribs were waaaay overcooked, like jerky to charcoal texture. I usually like Dickeys, but this one is not good.
