This was very mixed - Tomatoes & Cucumbers Side was delicious, but the main bowl was really a slog to get through and the tiny bits of sauce (1 oz mini cups) didn't help much. Main components I chose were broccoli and Brussels sprouts - broccoli was practically raw (charred tips but almost completely raw thick stems) and br sprouts were charred and unappealing. There are some basic ways to avoid this - cut the broccoli in smaller pieces rather than leaving it in its huge original pieces, steam it a bit before charrring it, etc. If I try this place again I'll stick to the raw dishes which they seem to do great with.

Dig has become a staple for us when we want to eat quick, hearty & healthy! go tos are: Marinated Cannellini Beans Side - tried so hard to recreate this recipe, its a wonderfully balanced side that is really refreshing Spiced Farro Side is also a favorite of ours, along with the Charred Broccoli with Lemon Side, and Brussels. And dont skip the Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert, you wont forget it!
