I ordered preserved Pork and a thousand year egg congee, shrimp dumplings, and the pork belly rice. Everything was outstanding. The shrimp dumplings had far more shrimp in them than one normally has, the pork was melt in your mouth, and the congee hit all the right notes taste wise, though there seemed more egg than pork mixed in. I will be ordering from here again. A very satisfying meal and top quality. DoorDash is my new go to for restaurant delivery as well. What convenience!

Growing up in Hong Kong, Dim Sum Sam brings me right back home. The BBQ Pork and BBQ Roast Duck Over BBQ Roast Duck Over Rice tasted amazing. The pork is tender, and the duck tastes just like in Hong Kong. Most importantly, the rice is soft, fluffy, and lightly sauced with sweet soy sauce, perfectly capturing the essence of a classic Hong Kong dish.
However, the Iced Hong Kong Style Milk Teadoesn't taste quite authentic.
Their egg tart also taste AMAZING! Must eat it fresh.

Ordered the BBQ Roast Duck and the Shrimp & Pork Wonton Noodle Soup from Dim Sum Sam's. The roast duck was a bit of a letdown—overcooked with a skin that was very hard to bite through, which isn’t typical in my experience. It was cut traditionally, so I had to navigate around the bone with each bite. The flavor was also lacking, and I wouldn’t order it again.
The shrimp and pork wonton soup, on the other hand, was fresh and well-prepared. The broth and soup contents were delivered separately, which kept everything intact but left the broth without the rich, infused flavor I was hoping for. Despite this, the soup overall was very good, and I’d definitely order it again.
A mixed experience—hit or miss depending on the dish.

I have been eat all versions of Chinese style roast duck and of cour this includes Peking duck but this duck was overseason with five spices. The BBQ Roast Pork just shaking my head never again. For those who gave this place five stars apparently you never gotten roast duck or pork from Chinatown!
