the hamburger was significantly smaller than anticipated. A Smash Triple Cheeseburger should be bigger. when I picked up the boxes I couldn't tell if it was my Grilled Cheese Sandwich or the burger... Disappointed

First time trying this place and tbh it was gross. The meat patty was not really smashed or crispy. The side of fries with cheese and pickles were not it. Such a big clash of flavors

disappointed, expected an amazing burger from the reviews, seems like they paid people for good reviews. I paid for sauces on the side and didn't receive them. the burger is slightly above McDonald's

Burger patties not seasoned and grilled onions were a little raw. Been ordering from DoorDash for many years and this the worst burger ever. Will never order this again.
