Satay Noodles and Side Rice Pros: tasty and both items were generous portions. Variety of ingredients in the bowl including green vegetables. Cons: sweet pot. Satay Noodles were so slippery and I had a difficult time eating them because they wouldn't stay on various utensils. The paper soup spoon was hilarious and lasted three minutes before it broke in two.

I consider myself a pho snob and was blown away by how much umami this vegan broth has! Other vegan pho has no depth of flavour, but this one has plenty. I order this with no sprouts and the pho noodles instead of the wide ones.

The Spring Rolls were good, as usual as was the Black Garlic Eggplant, although they put some chopped up raw tomatoes on it which I'm unable to eat, despite my request to not include them - wish they'd put that in their description since not everyone is able to eat raw tomatoes. After picking them off I was able to enjoy the dish. I'm disappointed that they no longer serve the Black Garlic Eggplant with bok choi anymore.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I'm taking off a star this time because of the substitution. My go-to is the blackened eggplant with greens, but something horrible replaced the usual lovely baby bok choy, I'm not really sure what it was, but it included some small pieces of raw tomatoes, which I am allergic to - I was able to quickly remove them. The rest of the meal and the spring rolls with the herbs and ish sauce were lovely. Please do not sub the usual greens, or if you do, please contact customers in case of allergies - raw tomatoes were not mentioned in the description of the dish.

4.5 stars! Uncle Hing's Wings were delicous and crispy. First time trying these and they were amazing. The Daikon Cakes are a staple I get nearly every time I order.
