informed upon pickup of our order they did not have croutons or hard boiled eggs. The manager told me we would not be charged for those salads, just our other items. We were fully charged.

Dr. Chipotle -- this salad is delicious. I ordered it with the chopped option, which I thought would mean that the black bean burger would be broken up, but it just means everything else in the salad is chopped very fine, and the whole burger is on top... lol.
I don't think I'll order it chopped next time -- as idk what the point of crispy chips is if they are so small.
