Ice cream treats arrived in cardboard to go boxes completely melted. Dasher was timely so it wasn't her fault. Why no styrofoam ???

I had ordered the dark side and added on additional toppings. I've had it before, loved it. They were out of stock, and instead of canceling the order, gave me something completely different and NOT WANTED! Feels like theft. I hate whip cream.
