Perfect. Big portions, super tender meat and potatoes and delicious fluffy rice. Empanada was bomb, I wish I bought more!

It is a hit or miss with this location. My empanada was greasy and wet with the bag. And the meat wasn't tender. No red beans were given.

They took an entire 20 minutes to accept my order, which caused a delay in the delivery of my order. I ordered Yuca / Cassava and did not receive it. The Pernil / Roast Pork is a bit dry and very salty. It is one of my favorite dishes so ive eaten it more than enough times to know that it's not supposed to be salty like this. The Empanadas - Carne y Queso / Empanadas - Beef & Cheese was simply gross. The beef and the cheese were both gross. It hardly had cheese and the little cheese it did have was gross like it was cheap American cheese. The one and only thing im actuallt satisfied with is the 4 Amarillos / 4 Sweet Plantain. I am very dissapointed with everything else. This my first time having food from this Don Juan location because it was the only one available on the DoorDash app. I usually go in person to the Don Juan location on Grand Ave and I've never had a single problem and everything ive ever gotten from there was delicious every single time. This will however be the last time I get food delivered from Don Juan's if it means I have to order from this particular location.
