The food is really good, but they can't seem to handle special requests - i.e. I asked for no onions, but the food arrived covered in onions

Order was messed up not its the first time. foods good when you get it all. I doubt it's the (more then likely) overworked underpaid staffs fault. If the restaurant is busy it would probably be best not to take online orders. That's a problem caused by management more then likely. Hope things get better. Again we love the food and have never had a problem in person.
