Would have been 5 stars if who ever made the Big Don had not put Italian Dressing on it as we had ordered it! Unfortunately that's rather important if someone doesn't like Italian Dressing. Pizza was great as always - and that subs a great sub when customer service is met and you can get it the way you like it. Management PLEASE reiterate with staff the importance of good customer service and being accurate with orders so that we can leave the excellent 5 star rating that Donatos food deserves!

Smoky Hot Honey Chicken Sub was not worth the money. 10+ dollars for what? No taste, minimal toppings, and barely passable sub roll. Italian Big Don ditto. minimal toppings, sub-par bread, and the main flavor was salt. Garlic Asiago Cheese Bread came with a small sauce that wasn't enough for the order. Which it needed because the Garlic Asiago Cheese Bread also had almost no flavor. Honestly, I haven't ordered from Donato's in a long time, like five years or more, and the last thing was pizza. The quality of the food was appalling.

Pizza was made VERY poorly... cheese basically missing from half of the pizza and WAY too much exposed crust. As well as half the pepperoni that normally comes on these pizzas. VERY disapointed.....

My order was wrong. I got more than one item, and when Donatos bundled my order they added the wrong pizza. One phone call to a very nice manager made the situation right, quick and easy. This was their fault, but the first class response gets a 5 star from me. Driver got the food to me quick and hot. All in all, best delivery experience.
