Absolutely love Donatos! best pizza in my opinion but do not switch things up with the meatballs like I did tonight. 2 orders of meatballs same price as a full pizza and they could fit in my palms with how few there are. stick with the pizza here people!

It's usually a great pizz but tonight it really missed the mark. I ordered med hot honey pep. There was pepperoni only in the middle, leaving 1/3 of the pizza with basically just dough and a little bit of sauce. I also ordered extra cheese and barely got any cheese at all. Chalking it up to the fact that it's Christmas Eve. Wanted a snack after a late lunch today.

Worst pizza so far in Cincinnati! Low on flavor.Very few & small chicken pieces on our spicy chikcen pizza. Average quality foran expensive price.

There's a lady that work there that has been rude over the phone and in person multiple times. Anyone else I've dealt with at this location was very pleasant and accommodating. Don't even know her name or card to describe her, I just pray her life gets better.
