• DoorDash orderIm from Columbus Ohio and this brings back so many memories! It is delicious and people would be crazy not to try it because it is AMAZING!

• DoorDash orderCrust is not as thin and crispy, or the same as it is/was in Ohio. Pieces were cut bigger too.

• DoorDash reviewI have lived in Columbus, OH, so I'm very familiar with Donatos. While the new location in this area definitely has its issues to work through, the reviews about subpar orders through Doordash are all true. I also ordered a pizza through DD, which had a very poor distribution of the additional topping (sausage) I paid for. When I contacted the actual restaurant to complain, I found out why: THIS DOORDASH LOCATION IS A GHOST KITCHEN INSIDE WALMART ON 121 & OHIO DR -- NOT THE ACTUAL DONATOS RESTAURANT! Now, I was still very unsatisfied with Donatos' response, which was basically to say it's not their problem since it didn't come from their actual store. However, they obviously know about the dark kitchen and agreed to its use. Otherwise, they wouldn't have Donatos branded boxes and such. Regardless, I don't recommend ordering this through Doordash... at all.

• DoorDash orderPizza wasn't warm and pepperoni's werent edge to edge or crispy crust was thicker than usual on the serious cheese as well. I have been eating donatos all my life and was soooo excited to see you in DFW. But someone needs-to travel to Columbus to try one. I would give it another shot though. Cant wait for more options.
