• DoorDash orderOxtail was not delicious your better ordering from dutchpot , tasted like they gave me the leftovers of yesterday's cooking. Was tough to chew and to get off the bone gave me 0 oxtail gravy id give it 0 stars if i could never ordering here again

• DoorDash orderFor thirty dollars the portion was extremely small, only 8 small pieces of oxtail. The oxtail were half fat, half meat and very tough.

• DoorDash orderDid not follow the instructions of the order. I didn't ask for double rice but they gave me it and no vegetables. The steam vegetables were hard and tough. The oxtails were not tender at all. Just shameful because Donna's used to always be good.

• DoorDash orderI wanted a moist succulent brown stewed fish. So I entered that request in the Special Request notes, as it's not shown as an option on the take out menu, where it just says SNAPPER. What I got was a very dry over-fried fish.
This is too high a price to pay for such a lack of care for the customers request.
