grilled cheese fries doesn't come as it says it will it's just a plain grilled cheese and fries on the side with no bacon

I've ordered from this place twice. First time it was made perfectly... overflowing with cheese hot and melted. Second time hardly any cheese not melted and had more mayo in it than cheese. It was really gross.
