5 stars! I order later on in the evening, the rice is fluffy & fresh, black beans still firm.
The Mahi Mahi is moist and delicious. Every time.

The Family Taco bar Meal was awesome, and fed more people than advertised, which was really helpful. Service was also quick, accurate, and very friendly!

You can't go wrong with Dos Coyotes Border Cafe, if you like American Southwestern style food. We have ordered Yucatan Chicken Salad, Adobe Salad, and every one of the burritos and enchiladas. The green tomatillo salsa is a particularly good, mild condiment.

Really good salads, however I think they need to add more protein for the price. A little skimpy on the chicken.
