Ordered for my mother's birthday. When I arrived to pick up, I was told they accidentally gave my order to someone else earlier in the day. No apologies, no call to let me know of the error. They offered me to make up for the two dozen with what they had which was limited. To add insult to injury, she didn't validate my parking correctly so walked out without cupcakes and paying for cupcakes.
