Dough zone is soooo good. The Dan Dan Noodles Ⓥ🌶️🌶️ 担担面 are the perfect tingly mouth feel. The Pan Fried Wontons with Sweet & Spicy Garlic Sauce (6) 甜辣香煎大馄饨 have a crispy lattice bottom, which is amazing.

Pork Wontons in Chili Sauce (6) 🌶️ 红油猪肉抄手 and the vegetables were alright but everything else was cooked in old rancid oil and competely inedible.

The kale "salad" was just steamed kale. There was no dressing. Just plain steamed kale. I could have opened a bag and done the same,

The items were very tasty. The tea that I ordered came in a great reusable cup. It was delicious. My only complaint is the tiny amount of food for the price. The flavor was there but value really was not - even for Seattle prices this was high.

This restaurant is incredible, even for takeout! Pork Xiao Long Bao (6 pcs) 鲜肉小笼包 are the best dumplings I've ever had. The cucumber salad was also the best of its kind. Dan Dan Noodles (V) 担担面 were surprising and delicious. Highly recommend Dough Zone!
