Dove's is great but I did not love the Chicken Fried Chicken. I think it was a one-off honestly. The thigh was very fatty and I trimmed. Got gross about halfway through. Also the Broccoli Salad was weird too. But I think it was just a flavor I personally did not agree with. Weird review right?

Burnt ends hash absolutely slaps. Potatoes smashed and crispy. Order was ready at least 3mins ahead of schedule. Host waiting at the stand; prompt pickup service. You guys are killing it.

Prior to ordering, we checked with Dove's about lunch service. "No problem. We need about 20 minutes." When we actually attempted to order lunch for 8 people-with ample notice, we were told we would have to use online ordering. The online ordering option was unavailable, and all efforts we made to call Dove were unsuccessful because no one would answer the phone. I understand the staffing issues restaurants are facing and the significant impact of shortages. I am willing to be patient and forgiving. Still a restaurant only survives if it has customers; as first time customers trying to offer new and different lunch options to our clients, it is an embarrassment to be unable to follow through on a lunch as offered. It is likely we will never try Dove's again - it isn't worth the risk of disappointing our clients. It isn't worth the disappointing customer service.
