kids meal with berries came with one berry and it was hot because it was added under the fries. gross. zucchini is over fried and rubbery with no flavor had to heavily salt it. ALL NEW Cheeseburger had no pickles and was a very thin patty. dissatisfied

not really happy with our overall order Fresh-Cut Fries w/Sea Salt were hard over cooked and cold the NEW Grilled Chicken Sandwich was very very small peace of Chicken the NEW Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich were pretty good and 10 dollars for a order of Onion Rings with only 6 in the order is just crazy. the Fried Olives Italy Imported were good. the NEW Buffalo Crispy Chicken Sand. was good also.

I order from down home grill a lot, like once a week at least, usually it's super fresh and flavorful. Every now and then there can be inconsistency in quality. But this time it was bad. I normally give them 5 stars, but the FISH SANDWICH was so bad. They used to give you two large beer battered pieces of fish, like you'd get in a fish and chip basket. And definitely a homemade tartar sauce because there were capers. Like the description says. So what in the world this flat, thin, square, mcfish shaped pressed patty thing was doing in there, I have no idea. And some mayo-ie tartar sauce, no capers, taste like nothing stuff. It was really sad guys. The previous times I've ordered that sandwich, it was amazing. Please don't let your quality slide like that.

CHILI CHEESE FRIES are honestly the greatest bang for your buck in the city. 9 dollars for a full packed plate. even on delivery the food is extremely fresh. I've ordered it so many times and will be ordering again.
