We ordered the You Had a Dream Sundae. We've ordered from here before and use to love it. We stopped ordering because the quality went down. Tried again today and we will not return. You'd think since its a large sundae to share that they would put toppings on both bowls and split the banana. No. I left a note to give 3 different sauces since the app only allows you to pick one even though description says you get 3. They ignored the note. The hot fudge was cold. But what really got us was that the banana was rotten. All brown, mashed, and grainy. Don't waste your money.

I ordered Wake Up From a Dream and while the ice cream was delicious I was very disappointed to receive broken up waffle cone pieces instead of a warm fluffy waffle as described. The description of the item should be changed as the price does not reflect waffle cone pieces in my opinion.
