• DoorDash orderThe smokehouse burger was seriously overcooked when we asked for medium rare. We were charged $11.50 for a small Styrofoam cup (not bowl size) of French onion soup! We were charged $63.67 (not including door dash fees and tip) for two burgers and a small cup of soup! The food took an hour! The driver waited 25 minutes! Definitely NOT worth the money we spent. HUGE disappointment. 😞

• DoorDash orderThe cost of this pretzel is over $25. As such, I expect that it not be burned. After two bites, I threw it away. How the cook is able to place a burned Bloomin' Pretzel in a box for a customer, is beyond me.
This restaurant also cancelled my order on Christmas, 90 minutes after I placed my order. Three separate experiences with this restaurant and only one was positive. Not sure I will be ordering from this restaurant again. Such a shame, but, more negative experiences than positive, I think I'll spend my money elsewhere.
