All items were bland except the sausage.
We got the Sautéed Vegetables, that included some horrendous broccoli. Quality control needs to be a thing in their prepping, and cooking.

Chicken fried steak was great! Authentic homestyle cooking. Unlike your typical chain restaurants that are heavily influenced by Wall Street and pushed to take to many shortcuts that compromise what makes certain restaurants great IMO. Keep up the great work Dublin Skillet!

This salad was very bland. There was nothing southwestern or interesting about it. The salad was a bed of iceberg lettuce, a few very unripe tomatoe slices, and a sliced watery hard boiled egg. There was a chickentender chopped up on top and bit of shredded cheese. I do not recommend it.

I ordered the cobb salad. I picked it up and could immediately smell the chicken was rotten.
It was also covered in a weird seasoning that made the chicken an orangish color. Maybe it was paprika to mask the smell. Yuk!!!!!!
