Never had a bad meal from Dumpling the Noodle, either in the restaurant or delivery. Really like the Signature Peking Duck(Half) 烤鸭(半), Pork Napa Dumpling猪白菜餃 are excellent, and the Sichuan Dry-Fried String Beans干煸四季豆 are tasty. It's our go to for tasty Asian food.

Had a really disappointing order today. No flavor on the Sichuan Dry-Fried String Beans干煸四季豆 , the filling was way too small in the Signature Pork Onion Bun(4) 猪煎包, and the Crispy Chicken Wonton鸡云吞焦脆 were just "meh". Go with Dough Zone or another local dumpling place, not this.

was recommended this spot by seattle foodie adventures and I'm not at all disappointed. we thw food was still super hot upon arrival. the noodles and dumplings where just prefect will I wasn't the biggest fan of the cucumbers to sweet for me. Definitely will order feom here again

Loooved the thick chewy noodle. Tofu was goodand sauce a little spicy. Dumplings were soooo yummy and soft. And they look great! The sauces were a spicy oil and a vinegar sauce. Yum!

A staple in our house. The Chili The Garlic Tofu Lamen蒜香豆腐拌面 is my favorite and we always have to get the Crispy Vegan Wonton 菜云吞焦脆(素), too, but I finally tried the Sichuan Dry-Fried String Beans干煸四季豆 and I think they're going to be a go-to item, too. The best noodles in Seattle!
