This is only my 2nd time getting dunkin and WOW! They have really good doughnuts that are fresh and the Frozen Chocolate drink with a few pumps of vanilla is so freaking good! They had ran out of quite a few of the doughnuts I wanted but were nice enough to substitute them with something similar and let me know why. The smiley face was the cherry on top. 10/10 Service!

I will say the quality may just be because I ordered late in the day, so my opinion may be biased. I just ordered two donuts; one glazed, one strawberry w/ sprinkles. They kinda just looked like fake donuts when I got them. And when I received the hot chocolate I got (after waiting half an hour for it to cool down a little), it tasted pretty watery, even though I added flavoring onto it. When I ate the donuts too, they were pretty stale. Had good flavor, but not much. But again, probably because I ordered late in the day. It’s decent for a chain, don’t get me wrong. But certainly not great.
