The doughnuts were thrown in the box, looks like the glazed was licked off most of them. The coffee had nothing I asked for in it but the Carmel swirl, which is the only thing labeled on the cup. It taste bad!

I ordered a matcha iced latte. they sent a cup of milk with a tiny bit of matcha in the bottom of the cup. what the heck!?! cmon, they should have known that's not what we wanted. honestly I don't like giving bad reviews. I've worked in the service industry my whole life, BUT this is like the 5th time we've had an issue with the order. I keep getting ice cold bagel bites. frustrating to say the least.
