I ordered an original blend coffee.. it tasted like warm water. No flavor. . I ordered it it hot, but it came like luke warm because they packed it with a cup of ice in the bag next to it.. idk if it was for weight distribution purposes or what... but the coffee tasted like Luke warm garbage. Ive had the same driver deliver coffee from tim hortons before, and he always delivers it hot and fresh. Unfortunately tim hortons was closed today for some reason and I had to order from Dunkin. && then I request a refund because if I wanted to drink brown tinted lukewarm water, I would have just prepared it myself at home and saved 14.41 cents. Bad enough it costs that much for coffee and delivery thats a 7 minute drive up the road from me... but if it was good, I would deal with the price. Thanks for nothing Dunkin. && thanks for the 3 dollar door dash credit.......NEVER AGAIN!

my iced coffee tastes gross and burnt. I asked for 2 pumps of caramel and 1 pump of white chocolate and I taste neither. it's not sweet it's dark and I asked for 6 creams in a medium. I have this same issue going inside the store. maybe 1 out of 7 coffees comes out right... I'm done getting coffee here.

I absolutely love this place! The girls are amazing and they know my face so it makes it that much more pleasurable! Their Caramel Swirl Signature Latte is AMAZING!!!

Im more and more dissapointed with dunkin every time i order. The bagel was barely toasted the cream cheese was a big fat glob in the middle, the hash browns ice cold and soggy... oh and let's not forget how my entire 10 piece MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats was not even there and I was definitely charged for it. The only positive thing from my order was the Iced Macchiato, the rest of my 22 dollar order was straight garbage!!!
