frozen coffee was 2 inches from the lid. why am I paying for a large when I could've just paid for a medium with the same amount? on top of that it wasn't blended and was AWFUL like burnt.

Clean whatever you use to toast things!! I could tell the top part of my croissant got stuck in it and parts of it were blackened which made my entire sandwich taste like charcoal and you could see burnt pieces all over the bacon egg and cheese. Everything else was great so two stars instead of one.

This was supposed to be a medium caramel iced coffee with cream and liquid cane sugar. Got it and it looks like black coffee and tastes watered down. Waste of money.

I did not get my Banana Chocolate Chip Bread and my bagel was dry and burnt. No butter or cream cheese. My hot chocolate was only 3/4 full
