gave me an expired oat milk Iced Matcha Latte I get this latte all the time and it's fine this was the first bad experience, I drank a little and it was rancid.

Bagels were good. However for the additional cost of cream cheese I only got the amount expected of plain butter. Barely enough to cover the surface. Disappointing.

Bacon was not crispy. The coffee wasn't really "frozen" more like an iced coffe. My order was delivered through DoorDash and mixed with someone else's. I went to the shop directly, it was a mess there. Lady told me to wait until she counted her money so she's not short, floor was sticky from a pool of coffee whoever dropped it and wasn't cleaned, I couldn't find straws and other patrons where still waiting for their order. I returned the donuts that weren't mine and asked for the coffee I never received. The lady began making coffee and she asked me "frozen chocolate was it?" Anyways other than that day of mishap they have a good customer service.
