My orders are usually acurrate. However, today I ordered my typical Cold Brew with Oatmilk, adding 3 pumps Brown Sugar Cookie, 2 pumps Vanilla, and 3 pumps Liquid Cane Sugar. My coffee came darker than expected, usually the Oatmilk lightens up the entire color of the coffee. And even though I added syrups and liquid cane sugar to up the sweetness of my coffee, it was still a bit bitter. In the past, this ratio has given me a light colored cold brew that was sweet to sip on.

Iced coffee plain tasted so bad like burnt or expired beans to make it or something? Took one sip and couldn't believe how bad it was. Threw it right in the trash. Waste of $5.

We did not receive the donuts that we picked out. We ordered a dozen and while we did get the dozen, it was a lot of just glazed donuts with icing and sprinkles. The donuts were stale and we threw away the box.

The coff is ter I ask for 6 Carmel and taste like 3 not sweet at all. Hash Browns are undercooked and soggy c croissant is ok
