I really disliked this Dunkin for a long time, but today was a vast improvement over the usual. The drinks were made perfectly, and the wake up wraps came to the house hot with several pieces of bacon. They must have changed their eggs as well, because they no longer taste like they were fried in the bottom of a dumpster. In July. Pretty good job Dunkin!

As always the breakfast sandwiches were great! The hot chocolate on the other hand was not. There was no flavor at all, just hot brown water. Maybe the machine was running low on mix? A real bummer on a freezing cold day.

it's very unappealing to receive a donut like that in a sealed box. The outside of the box also has melted chocolate markings all over it.

I would usually past having to wait 20 minutes for a single iced coffee, but the middle aged woman whom I'm guessing was a manager was easily one of the nastiest people I've encountered at any Dunkin anywhere.She was equally nasty to her employee as she was to the guests.
