The quality of the food is subpar, makes you question the freshness of the food. Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread is always a miss with the bagel being very chewy. if you have any teeth issues; stay away! The Wake-Up Wrap® - Egg and Cheese is sloppy and the cheese is burnt which is very disappointing since its so small to begin with. I recommend ordering from another location because this place always seems to mess up the order or send bad qaulity food.

breads stale, croissant was inedible. Coolatta machine was broken so substituted hot chocolate. They asked if I wanted whipped and there wasn't any. Hot chocolate was priced less than Coolatta, but charged the same.

This hasn't been an issue before, but I ordered breakfast for myself and my fiancé, and I ordered 2 Sourdough Breakfast Sandwiches and a thing of Hash Browns, and when we got it, there was only 1 sandwich. I wasn't able to leave my review until now, as I had my break from work, but I'm pretty upset about it. Food was good as always, but definitely would've appreciated receiving my entire order.
