My bagel was so hard to bite in to and there was barely any cream cheese on it. Very disappointed this time

I don't know how they did it - but the bottom half of the bagel was basically non existent, it was like just the outer rim of the bagel was there and even then that was broken. I ordered a coffee cake muffin but what was delivered was a carrot cake muffin. The Dunkin' Midnight coffee was decent though.
