Every time I order a green tea Iced Matcha Latte from Dunkin through doordash the staff always sends out my drink half full. This is a $8 drink. I definitely get offended if I pay $8 and I get a large cup that's only half full. I know they can do better because when I drive to the restaurant to get the same drink it's handed to me FULL every time! I need an explanation because STARBUCKS WOULD NEVER!!!! The pictures below shows how I receive my Iced Matcha Latte when delivered by doordash VERSUS how I receive it when going to the restaurant myself !!

I love Dunkin when they get my order right. Yesterday I received the wrong drink twice (after redelivery). Today I ordered a $8 iced matcha only got get a half filled cup. The photo shows a half cup of matcha. The circled area is all foam. Not even whipped cream!

This is NOT what I ordered. And why would you give me what YOU want me to have....look at these dry encrusted, sitting all morning puffs of dough! And does anyone else receive their $8 drink less than half full. I'm tired of this smh. They won't stsy in business long if they continue to do this.

I love the iced matcha latte that I get every morning. With it I also get other beverages for my family. For some reason lately I've been missing straws (much needed for iced drinks) and certain ingredients (coconut) for the coconut refreshers that my kids love because without the coconut it's a bit tart to their taste. So I don't mind paying extra, but they've been sending the plain fruit refreshers without the coconut. Of course doordash will rectify the order but it happened more than once. Other than that, I have to say the beverages are usually delicious. Especially the iced matcha latte. Be sure to add a little butter pecan flavor or cake batter flavor for a sweet treat!
