Issues are not with the items themselves. But it seems today we just carelessly threw things in bags without checking the receipt first. I understand if things are out, but I specifically put to contact me if that came about and I was not contacted once. Our Iced Matcha Latte came a quarter empty. The Sausage Egg and Cheese came with no egg or cheese 😬 and the bagel was absolutely burnt. I also ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream and got a plain Bagel with regular Cream Cheese, burnt as well. Moving forward, I suggest that you wait until dashers to arrive if you are out of something and have them contact us.

My chai latte was disgusting! They put espresso in it, i cant have any caffeine. The bagel bites were so over cooked hard as a rock and the cream cheese inside was even burt! Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. Didnt even get any straws

I wouldn't recommend because I order a half a dozen donuts and received munchkins the were beyond old and hard old fashion donuts.
