Drinks are usually good but even then there's inconsistencies. I always ask for three creams in my coffee and sometimes its dark brown and other times it's like milk. I don't understand how thats possible. The food always tastes like a dirty oven or something or tastes freezer burnt. Even the bagels. Donuts are good though

Tea is never consistent. Today it is really strong like I prefer, but I think someone forgot to finish sweetening it because its barely got a hint of sugar. I dont mind unsweetened tea luckily, just really wanted a bit of sweet. Some days it too much sugar, and some days it's so little tea that it looks like dirty water.
