My tea and muffin were perfect. I am in the hospital and I really appreciated it. The door dasher who brought it was horrible yelled and screamed at me etc. and I had to wait an hour to find it but Dunkin' Donuts in a great job.

First off: We ordered two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches with our order, and neither arrived. So I had to reorder the sandwiches. We ordered extra bacon on our sandwiches. Not only were the bagels old and chewy, but the bacon was barely cooked (rubbery and floppy) and definitely not "extra." There was barely any at all! A ton of money wasted on two deliveries which should have been one.

They didn't put the cover on for the hot coffee and pretty much all the food was wet from the coffee. The bagel and breakfast sandwich was alright, however the bagel was hard as a rock. Usually my orders have been pretty good, but today wasn't good.

Not a lot of the special flavoring on the bacon: not alot of bacon for the price. Ordered the 10 count munchkins: you cannot specify which ones you want. Coffee was perfect and everything was as specified.

We loved the frozen coffee, but we also like the chocolate in it... they used to do this all the time. I also ordered blueberry muffins, we got triple chocolate... they were good but not what we ordered.
