My coffee tasted a bit watered down, and I put that the bagel should be lightly toasted, but didn't seem toasted at all. Also didn't have a lot of cream cheese on the bagel.

Dunkin Donuts needs to allow customers to choose which donut holes they want, and they need to include ALL donuts on the menu, not isti the basic flavors. I called 5 times this morning to tell them which donut holes I needed, and they never answered.
