my Sausage Egg and Cheese croissant was good they managed to remember my Hash Browns this time. last time they forgot them and I got a straw this time for my Dunkin' Refreshers. I never really have any problems with Dunkin and I will always give 5 stars

Order was wrong twice. Only coffees were delivered the first time. Had to submit the order again. Was missing a donut, bagel was wrong and burnt and one sandwich had bacon on it instead of sausage

They forgot one of our drinks. The sourdough breakfast sandwich is burnt on one side and no cheese. I've tried to call the store 4x only to get a message that they cannot take my call.

So I order specifically from this Dunkin because they were always the best. But they have really gone down hill. I always order the Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon or the pepper bacon and it was always fresh and to perfection. I order at least4 so they will make it to order. Yeah no more. Now i get what tastes like day old bacon as part of the order and maybe some fresh thrown in there. Never ever consistent anymore. Very disappointing. And they are not adding any maple sugar. I have given them 3 last tries. I think i am done. The icedtea has always been great. Today I swearit tastes like disgusting coffee. Its a sad day today
