my sourdough wasn't toasted at all, I didn't get my donuts and my coffee tasted like straight water 😩

it didn't look anything like the picture and ordering over the app wasn't very descriptive and was confusing. I don't know what I got but it is absolutely awful and taste like straight up flavoring syrups
