• DoorDash orderI had originally ordered a couple of lattes. It ended up that the espresso machine was broken, so they couldn't make them. instead of canceling both, the dasher called me and let me talk to the employee. Both were very helpful, and they made me regular coffees with the flavors I wanted. Dunkin has always been great with their customer service!

• DoorDash orderOrdered 3 Boston 3 glazed 3 blueberry and 3 vanilla creme. Got 4 Boston 4 glazed 4 vanilla- no blueberry. Ordered 2 of the same eact drink and they looked extremely different- one lighter in color the other much darker.
