The Iced Chai Latte with brown sugar was just Milk with a subtle flavor... No chai... I'm just going to Dough Monster at this point. And my Specialty Donuts was stale...

I usually don't complain, however, this store has messed up a bacon egg and cheese with no cheese (for a lactose intolerant individual) twice now. Doordash only offers a 1.94 refund.

They NEVER get orders correct. They are notorious for not providing the correct # of items when you order multiple of one item.
