I order from Dunkin' often normally my macchiato tastes great but today it was below my expectations it tasted burnt but the tea was great tasted good

I'm not sure why I see about 50%bad reviews :/ idk. I've ordered twice, both times the bags were sealed and everything was good. donuts could've been warm, but 5 sec in the microwave easy fix
